On this page I’m collecting skills, topics, and random things I want to learn or read more about. They’re structured below according to the themes
Physics and Math
Although I ditched physics research my junior year (2026), it will forever remain a field that I would want to learn more about.
- Quantum Field Theory (David Tong’s LNs) - would be Ideal to go through all of it, including String Theory (only then I can proficiently argue why it’s a fake science).
- Fourier Analysis
- Complex Analysis - ACM95a that taught Complex Analysis was my 2nd favorite class at Caltech, and I want to experience it one more time.
- Galois Theory - I took Ma5c (Field and Galois Theory), but at the time I was too dumb to appreciate the beauty of it; gotta go back at it.
Machine Learning
Those are the books/courses that I’m genuinely curious about and/or think are necessary for me to read.
- Reinforcement Learning - RL bible
- CS336: Language Modeling from Scratch - Really good, free course; gotta finish it.
- CS 149: Parallel Computing
- Learn Rust - THE language for high performance and systems programming. + I’m not that good of programmer, would be a good experience.
